Dharmendra Kumar Shrivastava
L&T Howden Chief Executive
Dr. Dharmendra Kumar Shrivastava has over 30 years of rich experience across various Industries covering Fertilizers & Chemicals, Hydrocarbon, Oil & Gas and Power. Before taking over as Chief Executive of JV company, he was heading Quality Management capability Centre and vendor management of ongoing EPC projects of Coal, Gas & Nuclear Power plants of L&T Power. He was also responsible for ESP Fabrication Shop and Steel Structures.
In his previous role in L&T MHPS Boilers Pvt. Ltd, Dr. Shrivastava played a key role in Technology transfer from JV partner Mitsubishi Heavy Industries for Fabrication of Boiler components, established Quality systems in Boiler division covering manufacturing facilities of Boiler, Pulveriser , Heavy castings, Vendor components quality, Site Quality & safety, Technical training.
Before joining L&T, Dr Shrivastava worked in Bureau Veritas, Lanco Power EPC group responsible for Project quality & systems management.
Dr. Shrivastava holds Post Graduate Degree in Machine Design from BIT Sindri & PhD from IIT Delhi in Applied Mechanics.
Dr. Shrivastava has good domain experience of Techno-commercial aspects of projects, estimation, Vendor development and Business development.
