Mr. Masson has a BA Law, LLB, H. Dip Corporate Law from the University of Johannesburg, and a Certificate in Compliance from the University of Cape Town. He is an Admitted Attorney and Head of Legal for Africa, Middle East, India and APAC with Chart Industries Inc. Chart is a listed entity on the New York Stock Exchange.
Mr. Masson has been with the Chart subsidiary group Howden for 13 years and served as Company Secretary of Howden Africa Holdings, being a listed entity on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange from 2016 until their delisting in 2019.
Mr. Craig Masson continues as the Group Company Secretary for Howden Africa, is the Chairman of the Howden Kusasa Employee Trust and Principal Officer of Howden South Africa’s pension fund. He holds directorships with Howden Zambia, Howden Taiwan and is commissioner of Howden Indonesia.
