Y.V.S. Sravankumar
Director
Mr. Sravankumar is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and a Company Secretary having more than 30 years of experience in Corporate Finance & Accounts, Corporate Taxation, Financial Controls.
Mr. Sravankumar associated with L&T since March 1995. During his 25 years of career, he held various senior positions, developed a strong business orientation strategic perspective for the company’s business. He has handled many positions in L&T like Head - Corporate Taxations, Head - Corporate Accounts, Head of E&C Project division and Power Division.
Mr. Sravankumar is currently Executive Vice President – Corporate Accounts and Taxation responsible for financial reporting / group performance, management information system, financial controls and corporate taxations and operates from Mumbai office. Further, he also holds board level positions in various group companies of L&T viz Nabha Power, L&T Power Development, L&T – MHI Power Boilers, L&T Sargent Lundy and L&T – MHI Power Turbine Generators.
Mr. Sravankumar is appointed as a Director of the Company (L&T Howden Pvt Ltd.) with effect from 31st August, 2021.
