L&T Howden is committed to contributing to society, and corporate social responsibility is an integral part of our value system. Our CSR initiatives and sustainability projects aim to accord priority to activities pertaining to inclusive growth of society and environment sustainability.
The company as a part of its CSR initiative, undertook a step towards supporting the education of underprivileged children through a Government Primary School in the Santosh Nagar area of Faridabad (Haryana), which has a strength of more than 500 students. The initiative - named “Saksham” - was undertaken to provide them with improved infrastructure, sanitation and civic amenities in the school premises. LTH is independently funding and providing all support through its CSR wing for the implementation of this programme.

After the successful implementation of Phase I of this project, LTH, as a socially responsible corporate citizen, will continue to enhance value creation in society and the community in which it operates.
