L&T Howden Pvt. Ltd is a Joint Venture Between Larsen & Toubro Ltd. of India and Howden Holdings B.V. Both companies are leaders in their respective businesses. The JV was formed in 2010, and combines the advantages of L&T’s manufacturing and execution capabilities with Howden’s over 100 years of experience in supplying fans & rotary heat exchangers to the power market.
The scope of the Joint Venture includes Design, Engineering, Manufacture, Marketing, Sales & Supply of Products, onsite technical advisory services related to Products & Supply of After Market services and spares for the products in India.
We are the only private industry player in India offering a complete solution for thermal power plants for both Air Preheaters and Axial Fans.
The JV has established a modern manufacturing facility at Hazira (near Surat in Gujarat) for Air-Preheater Elements and Full Size Performance Testing of Variable Pitch Axial Fans.
