LTH has established Manufacturing Facilities at Hazira, Gujarat - at L&T’s large manufacturing complex. The facility is spread over 5 acres of land and well equipped with high-class production equipment and automated testing facilities.

LTH has 2 shops covering over 5300 sq. m. The Facility also has an admin office, staff canteen, worker canteen, video conference setup, staff and worker training center with additional land for expansion in future.
The quality procedure established by LTH allows full traceability of the material. Sensors in the automated line are highly reliable ensuring correct cut length. Elements packed by the specially designed Hydraulic press allow elements to be pressed with proper controlled pressure prior to the welding of basket’s top plate. Welding is performed by qualified welders to ensure good quality and proper strength.
